Returns & Refunds (30-Day Guarantee)
We want you to love your grips. If not, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Easy Returns
Items must be in their original condition (unused/unworn).
Just email hometrackgolf@gmail.com to start your return — we respond quickly and only ask for a photo if something arrived damaged. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.
Refunds
As soon as your return arrives and is processed, your refund is issued to your original payment method—typically within 10 business days. (Banks may take a bit longer to post it.)
If 15 business days pass after approval and you haven’t seen your refund, please reach out.
Note: Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us right away. We’ll fix it fast.
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different item? No problem. We’ll ship your replacement before we even receive the original.
European Union 30 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
